Collaborating by providing ultimate support for some talent acquisition aspects such as: sourcing, administration (with accurate and timely submission), handling database, employer branding also involvement in ad hoc tasks and project(s). You will be responsible to support TA team including interfacing with internal related parties, candidates, and vendors during the recruitment process.

Minimum bachelor’s degree of Psychology or related. Fresh graduate or max 1.5 years of internship in HR Talent Acquisition. Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Confident communicator both verbally and in writing with a strong command of English. Ability to create action plans with solutions. Proactive, positive, mature and results-driven attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Preferably has experience in recruitment in organization / company and understand good sourcing approaches to attract suitable candidates. Preferably has experience in interviewing and assessment methods or tools. Ability to build good relationships with stakeholders.
